The tender includes the Client's execution of excavation and cable work in the Client's supply area at 0.4 kV, 10 kV and 60 kV voltage levels and related services. The tender is divided into four (4) sub-contracts, all of which are offered as main contracts. Sub-contract 1 includes operating tasks on the 0.4 + 10 kV network including replacement of cable cabinets. Sub-contract 2 includes network station tasks 10/0.4 kV including cable loop. Sub-contract 3 includes longitudinal trench and cable cabinets at 0.4 + 10 kV. Sub-contract 4 includes station and longitudinal trench work on the 60 kV network. All four sub-contracts run for 4 years with 2 x 24-month extensions on unchanged terms. See further in the framework agreements for a more detailed description of the scope of the sub-contracts. Each sub-contract will be evaluated separately, i.e. the Client will start by evaluating sub-contract 1, then sub-contract 2, etc. and a partial agreement will be concluded with the winning bidder(s) for each of the sub-contracts offered. The bidder may submit a bid for one or more sub-contracts. The contracting authority will conclude an agreement with one bidder for sub-contract 1. The bidder awarded sub-contract 1 cannot be awarded other sub-contracts. The contracting authority will conclude an agreement with two bidders for sub-contract 2, sub-contract 3 and sub-contract 4. How the allocation of specific tasks between the two bidders under sub-contracts 2, 3 and 4 takes place is stated in the draft framework agreement, section 7. | |||

Kredsløb Holding A/S (on behalf of the Kredsløb Group and hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") hereby invites potential suppliers to participate in the Employer's tender of a contract for the construction of a CO2 liquefaction plant and ancillary carbon storage facilities and truck loading stations. To support Aarhus City Council's goal to lead the way in the green transition and create a CO2 neutral society by 2030, the Employer is planning to establish a carbon capture plant to capture the flue gas from the entire Lisbjerg plant, consisting of four separate plants, three which are used for the processing of collected waste from (mainly) Aarhus, and one which is used for the processing of biomass (mostly straw). The carbon capture project will form a natural and necessary part of the Employer's ordinary activities, which includes production and distribution of electricity and district heating primarily to citizens in Aarhus Municipality. The carbon capture plant will be designed and built to ensure high CO2 absorption efficiency, low energy consumption, and low environmental impact, and is expected to be based on amine technology. The captured CO2 (and potentially CO2 from other sources of in the future) will need to be cooled to a temperature where it becomes liquid for more efficient transportation from the carbon capture plant to its final storage site.
